The Trust considers applications for sponsorship twice annually, at the beginning of April and November. Applications should be made by letter or email, outlining the aims, objectives and details of the project for which sponsorship is being sought and noting, where appropriate:
• organisation details
• project budget
• the most recent accounts
• funding in place and being sought elsewhere
